On August 12th, 2016, I went to the Largest Pop Culture Comic Book Convention in New England called Boston Comic Con for the first time. That day, I cosplayed as Captain America’s best friend James “Bucky” Barnes “The Winter Soldier“. As the Winter Soldier, my assignment was to go to the 2016 Boston Comic Con for the first time. I went to Location A on the sidewalk in front of Seaport World Trade Center in Boston, Massachusetts. I made it just in time to get my wristband so I can enter inside the building. When I was waiting in line outside the Seaport World Trade Center, it was way too hot for me to wear my Winter Soldier costume but I don’t care because as the Winter Soldier, I still feel cold inside. I drank plenty of water to stay hydrated. When I enter inside the Boston Comic Con, it was the largest pop culture comic book convention that I’ve ever seen in my life. When I walking around inside the building, everyone was going absolutely crazy over my Winter Soldier costume. Some people said that I have the best Winter Soldier costume. Pictures were taken by people because they love my costume. I got my picture taken with Yoshi, Pikachu, Winter Soldier, Captain America, Kirito from Sword Art Online and Ironman.  Even the children wanted a picture with me in my Winter Soldier costume. Being treated like a celebrity to everyone at a fan convention felt good. I appreciate that people gives me great compliments about my costume. It makes me feel happy inside. All I want to say to everyone is thank you. 🙂 I’m going to keep cosplaying and have fun because I enjoyed being a cosplayer since day one back in 2015. I’ve seen a few people dressed up as the Winter Soldier just like me and people take pictures of me and other Winter Soldier cosplayers. My costume looks amazing and it looks exactly like from the movie Captain America The Winter Soldier. Some people even called me “Bucky” and I asked: Who’s Bucky?” I saw Captain America with his shield so I decided to run toward him and punch his shield with my bionic arm just the movie Captain America The Winter Soldier. Somebody video tape me challenging Captain America. Thank you Desperado Dan for putting me on YouTube of the title Captain America vs Winter Soldier. Check out the YouTube video of Desperado Dan captain america vs winter soldier.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rp5RfIohNLU”.  The only guest I met at the Boston Comic Con was Vic Mignogna the voice actor of Broly from Dragonball Z, Edward Elric from Fullmetal Alchemist. I had him sign my nickname “Lone Wolf” on top of both autograph picture of Broly and Edward Elric. He also likes my Winter Soldier costume too. Thank you Vic Mignogna for the autographs! The best thing I got from the Boston Comic Con was the Captain America Shield and I was lucky that I got the last one. People were going crazy over my Captain America shield that me “The Winter Soldier” finally got the Captain America Shield which means I’m going to cosplay as Captain America soon.

My Boston Comic Con Haul: PlayStation 1, Winter Soldier, Black Panther, Kirito posters, Elf ears, Civil War comic book, The Adventures of Spider-Man Sinister Showdown comic book, The Adventure of Spider-Man The Vulture’s Prey comic book, Boston Comic Con t-shirt, Vic Mignogna autograph of Broly, Vic Mignogna autograph of Edward Elric and The Captain America Shield. This is the best Boston Comic Con that I’ve ever went to!! 🙂 #Popculture #BostonComicCon #BostonComicCon2016 #FanConvention #WinterSoldierCosplay
